Our Kalshi statistics: the aggregate Kalshi statistics on this site (the pages under Kalshi data and their JSON downloads) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, share and adapt them, including commercially.

Where the data comes from

The statistics are computed from Jon Becker’s prediction-market-analysis dataset, which is published under its own license (MIT at the time of writing; see that repository), and from Kalshi category data. Please credit those sources too.

Directory entries

Individual directory entries describe third-party projects. Those projects, their code and their descriptions keep their own licenses; this license does not cover them.
