Polymarket trading bots
Polymarket trading bots are programs that trade on Polymarket's order book (the CLOB) through its public APIs and official SDKs. This page compares the 26 public Polymarket bots in our directory (9 arbitrage, 6 forecasting agents, 5 news & event trading, 4 market making, 2 copy trading & alerts).
The short answer: the best-known open-source starting points are Polymarket's own agents framework and reference market maker. Polymarket now points new builders to its unified SDKs (polymarket-client for Python, @polymarket/client for TypeScript); older bots use the legacy py-clob-client, which is archived on GitHub.
Two things to check first. Trading needs a wallet that signs orders, so never give an unreviewed bot your private key; Reddit users have reported GitHub bots that steal keys (see the threads). And Polymarket's docs list the United States as close-only for the international exchange; Polymarket US is a separate CFTC-regulated exchange.
