Digest signup: email signups are handled by beehiiv, our newsletter provider. The signup form loads scripts from beehiiv.com (subscribe-forms.beehiiv.com), and the address you enter goes directly to beehiiv under the beehiiv privacy policy. We use it only to send the weekly digest; it is not sold. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link. On our side, we count only that a signup box was viewed or clicked, with the campaign tag if any, and no email address.
Submissions: store the URL and any optional text or email you provide, privately, for review. A short-lived anonymized marker is used for basic spam rate limiting.
Analytics: if enabled, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.
Campaign links: if you arrive through a link tagged with utm_ parameters, the tag values, the page path and the date are stored privately to count which posts send visitors. No IP address or cookie is stored. The tags are kept in your browser’s local storage for up to a month and counted with signup box views and clicks so we know which link brought you.
